Study your answers of the Task you completed in Session 4 to reflect on your ESD Change Project process and the value that was created. Identify important value creation points that can be scaled for impact.

For the April 2021 final feedback, you will be asked to prepare a report, poster or PowerPoint Presentation on your Change Project, the value created from it, and how you plan to scale it for impact.

We conclude Learning Action 5 and the course with TASK 5:

Change Project Part 5 – Monitoring and evaluating the ESD

Assignment Guidelines

Your report must refer to your value creation story, Portfolio of Evidence, and scaling Action Plan (which you would have completed above and which should have been emailed to you). These will be presented in the final Course Workshop in April 2021 and will be shared on the project website.

Format: written report as a word / pdf document or a powerpoint presentation of no more than 8-10 slides.

Length: Maximum of 5-8 pages or 8-10 PowerPoint slides for the final presentation.

TRY TO GIVE EXAMPLES FROM THE CHANGE PROJECT WORK TO GIVE GOOD INSIGHT INTO THE PRACTICAL CHANGES AND VALUE THAT WAS CREATED THROUGH THE CHANGE PROJECT.

YOU CAN ALSO SHARE EXPERIENCED DIFFICULTIES, BUT TRY NOT TO ‘GET STUCK’ WITH PROBLEMS … RATHER SHARE WAYS IN WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN INNOVATIVE AND HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BRING ABOUT CHANGE DESPITE DIFFICULTIES!!

Remember we all have agency for change, no matter how small, every contribution is important.
