Sustainability Starts with Teachers Learning Action 5: Monitoring, Evaluation and Scaling for Impact Monitoring your change project in a community of practice

In the next part of this Learning Action, we will start the monitoring of the Change Project and how it is developing. In the second quarter, we will undertake mid-term monitoring and tracking of the Change Project and how it is developing, and then again in the next quarter, we will do this a third time, each time reflecting on how the Change Project is developing, and how you are resolving challenges within your Community of Practice as you go along.
