In this section we focus on how you can go about developing your ESD Change Project. Drawing on the examples and guidelines above, and the definition of ESD, the following self-reflective questionnaire may help with starting to conceptualise your change project.

Sustainability Education is often referred to as Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), which has been defined as:

“Education for Sustainable Development allows every human being to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values necessary to shape a sustainable future.” (UNESCO, 2014)

Drawing on the examples and guidelines, and the definition of ESD, answer the following questions in the Change Project Task.
